Blimpbits were created from the detrius of
a windstorm vs the pink floyd 1994 division
bell tour's blimp event, which resulted in the
demise of "the division belle" (airships are
ladies, so yes, it is different to the band's
"bell" of their 1994 TDB release).
after echoes subscribers had been lamenting
that end for a bit, things took an unexpected
turn when the results of a very quiet project
were revealed by a post from Jordan Taylor
which offered special "blimpbit" mementos
that he and co-conspirators had created.
nb: at least 2 alternative non-authentic similar
mementos (bd mag, hc records) exist.
even though they pinched the name, they were
independent from authentic blimpbits.
